Returns

You can return anything you bought on this website within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

1. Email us with your order number (it starts HG-) and what you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with where to send it. Send it back within 14 days of telling us — you pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
3. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, the same way you paid, including the standard delivery charge.

Please send items back as you received them. If a sealed product has been opened, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us and we'll put it right.

The full details are in our terms and conditions.
